Challenge

Projects and tasks were scattered across separate lists, messages and one-to-one coordination. Shared work needed to appear immediately on new devices, respect roles reliably and keep teams informed about new tasks even when the app was closed.

Solution

Syda Tasks combines clients, projects and Kanban tasks in an installable web app for desktop, tablet and mobile. Firebase Authentication, Firestore real-time data and role-based sharing power collaboration. Batched queries make shared projects load quickly, while Cloud Functions and Web Push deliver new-task alerts to the right devices. Verified email addresses, tested Firestore rules and user-bound push registrations protect access to data.
