Challenge

Consistent social media content takes more than an idea: topics need to fit the brand, copy and imagery need review, and publication dates need coordination. For teams working with several businesses, these tasks quickly spread across documents, chats and individual calendars. The product needed to turn them into a clear process with visible responsibilities and next steps.

Solution

SYDA developed a social media system with separate workspaces, AI-assisted drafting, editable posts, approval states and a calendar view. Next.js, React and TypeScript power the interface; Firebase supports authentication, data storage and separation between company workspaces. The public product website makes these capabilities easy to understand through interactive demos of the journey from topic to review and scheduling, with a direct route to request a demo.

Impact

  • A coherent product concept connects topics, drafts, approvals and editorial planning
  • Separate workspaces and roles structure collaboration across brands and clients
  • A published product website explains core workflows through interactive examples
Workflow

From a content idea to a clear product workflow.

Product development and communication work together: the application organises the work, while the website explains its value. The public website is live; the application continues to be developed and verified.

  1. 01

    Product concept

Topic selection, content creation, team review and scheduling became one workflow with clear states and responsibilities.

  2. 02

    Interface & design system

A calm interface with consistent components guides users through posts, calendars and company workspaces on desktop and mobile.

  3. 03

    AI drafts

Topics and company context form the starting point for content suggestions. Drafts remain editable so the team can refine language, content and presentation.

  4. 04

    Human approval

Review and approval are part of the product workflow. Changes, status and responsibility stay visible alongside each post.

  5. 05

    Planning & workspaces

An editorial calendar organises posts by date and channel. Separate workspaces keep brands, clients and team access clearly organised.

  6. 06

    Public product website

The statically delivered Next.js website presents interactive demos, feature overviews, FAQs and a direct email route to request a demo.
